The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. For disputes arising about these Terms, Tokushima District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance.

For changes that have a significant impact on your rights, we will inform you via this site or by email at least 14 days before the effective date. Continuing to use the services after changes will be regarded as acceptance of the revised Terms.
